Principal/Lead Designer

  • Job Description: Drive creative vision and lead interior design projects from concept to completion. Guide clients to achieve functional spaces that reflect their aesthetic goals. Mentor and develop team of talented designers.
  • Requirements: Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field + 10+ years interior design experience. Exceptional portfolio reflecting style range. Proven leadership/management abilities.
  • Responsibilities: Lead client presentations and meetings. Determine broad creative direction and oversee design concepts. Provide mentorship to senior designers through collaborating and advising. Ensure seamless client experiences and successful project execution. Promote and develop firm’s business opportunities.

Senior Designer

  • Job Description: Lead key client projects with a focus on meeting project requirements through innovative design excellence. Guide junior designers by collaborating on and refining concepts. Specify materials, furnishings and lighting.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s in Interior Design + 8 years experience. Strong portfolio reflecting technical skills, style and creative resolution of design challenges.
  • Responsibilities: Lead meetings with clients to ascertain needs. Create preliminary drawings and spatial layouts. Direct junior designers on executing tasks per project plan. Source, determine, and specify interior finishes, furniture, lighting, materials.

Junior Designer

  • Job Description: Execute interior design projects under the direction of senior designers. Assist with conceptual development, specifications, sourcing, pricing, installation oversight.
  • Requirements: Associate’s degree in Interior Design + 3 years experience in residential projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp. Excellent understanding of interior project components and process.
  • Responsibilities: Develop specific plans and drawings per senior designer direction. Research/recommend interior finishes and furnishings. Create 3D renderings and models using design software. Assist in sourcing vendors, materials based on specifications from seniors. Coordinate fabrication and installations.

Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Interpret and apply architectural/engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople to facilitate the efficient flow of work
  • Identify and resolve any construction issues or challenges that arise, communicating solutions to the project team
  • Conduct site inspections, document progress, and maintain detailed records and reports
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide input on constructability and propose any necessary design modifications
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support construction progress
  • Participate in project planning and provide recommendations to improve processes and workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervision role
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed

Office Manager

  • Job Description: Oversee daily office operations, including financial management, HR, IT and facilities administration. Ensure smooth function across organization.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field + 5 years experience in office management role preferably at a creative services agency.
  • Responsibilities: Manage financial tasks – accounting, forecasting, payroll, billing etc. Handle employee related activities like onboarding, policy compliance. Liaise with vendors/partners. Ensure office facilities and equipment needs are met.

Administrative Assistant

  • Job Description: Provide administrative support across varied tasks and teams to help office run smoothly. Be proactive in assisting studio operations.
  • Requirements: High school degree + 2 years relevant experience as an administrative assistant preferably at a creative services agency. Detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Responsibilities: Manage schedules, calendars and meetings. Prepare documents, presentations, expense reports per team needs. Greet visitors, handle phones and correspondence. Arrange travel logistics as necessary. Provide general assistance on special projects.

Internship

  • Job Description: Gain practical interior design experience supporting designers on firm’s residential and commercial projects. Exposure to multiple facets of the design process.
  • Requirements: Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Interior Design or related field. Strong creative portfolio showcasing visual, spatial, and technical skills.
  • Responsibilities: Shadow project designers across varied stages of the design process. Take on entry-level design tasks such as space planning, concept rendering, research, etc. Assist senior designers with models, sample boards, finish specifications and selections. Administrative assistance to support smooth studio operations.
